Overview

Application & construction

CIC-TC cable is used for power, control, signal, communication and lighting circuits in commercial and industrial environments. Suitable for installation in cable trays, supported by messenger wire in open air, raceways, channels, conduits and ducts. Approved for direct burial and outdoors in cable trays where sunlight resistance is required. May also be installed in wet or dry locations or in areas exposed to chemicals and oils.

Conductor — Stranded annealed bare copper
Ground conductor (optional) — One bare stranded copper conductor
Insulation — PVC/Nylon, T90 Nylon
Shielding (optional) — Copper tape shielding (CTS, 20% overlap)
Outer jacket — Flame-retardant and sunlight resistant Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC), black
